Everything on our menu is hand-crafted using local ingredients wherever possible. Meats and vegetables are smoked in-house, breads and desserts made fresh daily, and carefully selected beverage choices to best suit our menu.

We have an extensive range of gluten-free choices, including house-made wraps to substitute for sandwiches, and all deep-fried vegetables are cooked in a separate fryer from non-gluten-friendly items. Gravies, house-made sauces, and dressings are thickened without flour.
