The Brews

Fernie-Brewing-logoSome of our most arduous research centred around which craft beer to highlight in our restaurant.  We knew we wanted to stay in BC, but there were just soooo many choices.  Finally, the love of good beer combined with the Triebel family’s love for downhill skiing brought us to the Fernie Brewing Company.

Located in the mining, mountain town of Fernie BC, this brewery was established in 2003 operating from the Pask family barn.  By 2007, FBC had outgrown its space and expanded to a new state of the art facility.  They brew according to strict standards using only 2-row premium barley malt and European hops. We are proud to serve their beer in our restaurant and showcase FBC in Dawson Creek.
